Terms & Conditions of training with Acudetox Clinics SA (Pty):
A booking for a course cannot be made or confirmed unless 50% of the course fee is paid in advance. The balance of the course fee is due on or before the first day of the course. For whatever reason, if a student cannot make the course after their booking has been confirmed, the balance of the course fee is still payable on or before the first day of the original course date. Failure to do so will result in the student forfeiting their deposit. Only then will the student be booked on the next available course dates in their city, subject to availability.
Students are responsible for the cost of their needles, swabs, magnets and other consumables for the practical part of the training and thereafter.
Meals as well as tea & coffee and refreshments are not provided during the course. Students must bring their own lunches and refreshments on all 3 days of the theoretical training.
Accommodation as well as transport too and from the 3 days of theoretical training is not included.
All course material is copyrighted. Access to our Dropbox resources is for the use of the student only. Copying or distributing any material contained in this course is prohibited. Violating our copyright will result in prosecution and the student will be liable for the legal costs incurred by Acudetox Clinics SA (Pty).
Working with Medical aids as well as the AHPCSA at this stage is not possible. However, NADA SA is currently working with the Department of Health to open a sub register and we will be able to work with both Medical aids as well as the AHPCSA in the future.
Students are prohibited from charging a fee until they have registered with and received their practitioner certificate from NADA SA.
Students can only apply for their exam once they have completed their practical hours under general supervision.
A student can only apply for annual registration with NADA SA once they have passed their exam. Once the exam is passed, Acudetox Clinics SA (Pty) will supply the successful student with a NADA SA application form and an ethics pledge. As soon as these are completed and sent to registration@acudetox.org.za, an invoice for the annual registration fee will be sent to the student by NADA SA. The certified NADA Acupuncture Detoxification Practitioner certificate is only sent to the student once NADA SA has received proof of payment of the registration fee as well as the application form and signed ethics pledge. The student is responsible for paying NADA’s annual practitioner registration fee.
No one may charge a fee as a NADA Acupuncture Detoxification Practitioner unless their annual registration fee has been paid to NADA. Violating this condition may result in the student being prosecuted.
